The tyre is made up of natural rubber (or) synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is present as milky liquid (or) latex in the bark of rubber tree (HEVEA BRASILIENSIS). Natural rubber combines with carbon, oil, sulphur and the chemicals undergoes a number of stages of processes. Retreading of the tyre so a good job which is in favour of a natural resource. We are also reducing our dependency on natural rubber trees. It also gives good utility an opportunity for the growth of small scale and large scale tyre retarding units. In India mostly commercial vehicle tyres are retarded.
Tyre Retreading with PCTR is a modern retreading process. Tyre are manufactured in Fortune tyre tech limited to high standards using sophisticated machinery (i.e., an ultramodern plant with the fully computerized retreading process) imported from Germany and Italy in order to meet the Europe ECE Regulations which stipulates that tyres are tested to the same load and speed criteria as new tyres. This process is very environmentally friendly retreading should be considered as the best practicable environmental option for tyre recycling.
At the end, we get a retread tyre as good as a new one. Treading is an Eco-friendly Path.
It takes 22 gallons of oil to manufacture one new truck tyre. Most of the oil is found in the casing, which is reused in the retreading process. It takes only 7 gallons of oil to produce a retread.
